First of all, the staff was welcoming. The idea of marking down what you want on the menu for each course, or round, is brilliant. Good idea and makes it easier for the servers. Everything was promptly delivered. Sashimi was beautifully presented and delicious. Pot stickers were really good - crispy, tasty filling and hot. The udon curry was good and very spicy. The only reason I'm not giving Monster Chef 5 stars is that the music was non stop loud and intrusive instead of my preference of being nuanced and adding to the atmosphere. The staff are so accommodating I bet if we had asked, they would have changed up the music. Next time - and there will be a next time - we will ask.
